Iroquois Valley Farmland REIT has been deploying private investment capital since 2007 to secure land for independent farmers looking to establish or expand their organic operations.

We are pleased to offer both equity and debt investment opportunities to investors. Our REIT Equity Shares support the Company’s mission to offer land access to independent organic farmers on generational terms. Our Soil Restoration Notes allow investors to use their short-term funds to create long-term impact, with the added benefit of direct financial impact on organic farmers currently transitioning their soil to organic.

  • Direct financial support for farmers during most difficult financial period of organic farming
