STRAFFORD VILLAGE FARM | ORANGE COUNTY, VT

Everything starts with the farmer

For Iroquois Valley Farmland REIT, the farm is the heart of everything we do. Investors choose to work with us because we are uncompromising in our commitment to farmers. We offer an alternative to conventional finance and are building a regenerative economy that supports organic agriculture.

We provide organic farmers secure long-term land access and working capital through leases, mortgages, and operating lines of credit. Iroquois Valley has invested in 65+ farmers in 20 states, impacting over 30,000 acres.

Farm Partnerships

Farmers choose to work with us because we offer lease & mortgage terms that reflect a deep understanding of organic farming business models – especially during the organic transition. Our financing terms put the farmer first, so they can focus on the long-term health of the land.
