OUR IMPACT

How Investing Creates Impact

At Iroquois Valley, organic certification is our starting point—not the finish line. We prioritize Midwest row-crop farmland, where scale, market demand, and long-term value creation are strongest.

This focus allows us to operate with discipline and drive measurable outcomes. In partnership with our farmers, we track six key impact areas that reflect the health of the land, the strength of farm operations, and the resilience of the broader food system.

A Public Benefit Corporation

Founded in 2007, Iroquois Valley was built on a simple idea: farmers succeed when they have secure access to land. That principle still guides our work today.

Nearly two decades in, we continue to connect forward-thinking investors with experienced farmers who are transitioning conventional farmland to organic production at scale. Click here to learn about our partnerships and awards.
